Changes to Duty on orders from the USA

Due to changes imposed by the USA government all orders from outside of the USA will attracted import duty, This duty is now payable at the time of shipping and collected by Royal Mail International. This should speed up the shipping process compared to other ways duty could have been charged. It is intended that for the end customer in the USA the duty process collection will be automatic and transparent. These systems have not been fully stress tested at the moment and it is possible changes could occur. We will do all we can to advise if any changes to the duty system are made. The end result to the customer is that the postage costs will be increased by £5.00 to cover duty and post office handling fees, if duty fees are above £5.00 we (Kanga) will cover the extra charge ourselves or if excessively expensive we will contact the customer and offer other options or a full refund on the order value.

Customers from the USA will there for need to order a extra item before payment from the kanga Shop page, scroll to the bottom of that page and you will see a option to select 'USA Shipping Duty' add this to the basket to cover the duty charges.
