The Magic Eye pays homage to the tuning indicators of old and fulfills a very practical role for the CW fan. This is a very popular kit and once you use one you will see why!

Many of us find it hard to accurately tune a CW signal to the correct netting tone. Manufactures sometime help with giving a netting feature or if your really lucky an on screen tuning indicator.

These really help but often they are located amongst an array of other flashing indicators that make it difficult to see or use.

When a signal is tuned correctly it will light a bright green LED that will flash in time with the incoming CW signal. A very quick and easy way to  net onto your QSO partners frequency

The  Magic Eye has an audio IN and OUT 3.5mm jack socket  that can be connected in line with a external speaker, or just use the audio in jack and connect it to a Data out from the radio. Very versatile, all units need between 7 and 15v DC power. Full kit and the prebuilt units have a standard 2.1mm DC jack socket for this. (Centre Pin Positive)
